We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or any cross-site tracking in the Calistx app. We do not profile you and we do not sell or share your personal information with data brokers. There is no advertising network, analytics SDK, or session-replay tool in the product.
That is why you have not seen a consent banner from us in the app: everything we store on your device is either strictly necessary to run the service you asked for, or a preference you set yourself, and neither category requires consent under UK or EU rules.

We do not store anything else on your device, and none of the above is used to build a profile of you or shared with anyone for advertising.
Calendly. When you open a booking screen in the web version of Calistx, Calendly's scheduling page is embedded and sets its own cookies under Calendly's own policy, including its own consent prompt. We do not control or read those cookies. On iOS and Android, booking opens in your own browser instead. Calendly is the only third party that stores anything through the app.
Our marketing website. Our public marketing pages load a web font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Google Fonts sets no cookie and we send it no other information about you. We use no analytics or advertising tags on those pages.
App stores and push. Apple and Google handle app delivery, updates and push notification delivery under their own terms. That happens at the operating-system level, not through cookies.
Because we do not track you across sites or sell or share personal information, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honour those signals by not doing the thing in the first place.
If we ever add analytics, advertising, or any other non-essential storage, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before it runs.
